Americas Gateway Logistics Center is a 770-acre master planned integrated intermodal logistics campus being developed to accommodate manufacturing operations, distribution centers, and other transportation/logistics service-related facilities. Located just northwest of the City of Moore Haven, bordered on the south and west by US 27 and the east by State Road 78, and on the north by the South Central Florida Express (SCFE) railroad, offering connectivity to two major Class I railroads (CSX and the Florida East Coast [FEC] railroads. Designed to accommodate up to 9 million square feet of mixed use commercial, industrial and heavy industrial space, when Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores opens in February 2017, the first 1.2 million square feet of space will be shovel ready with all the entitlements in place.

Located in the center of southern Florida with immediate access to a market of nearly eight million Florida consumers and the seasonal influx of more than 30 million visitors within a two-hour dray, Americas Gateway Logistics Center will serve as an export and import hub for emerging markets in Latin America as well as Asian markets via the Port of Miami, and Port Everglades.  Located along the US 27 freight corridor with connectivity to I-75, the Americas Gateway Logistics Center will offer transportation cost efficiencies and competitive advantages for both domestic and international freight.

The spacious, master-planned business park will offer opportunities to consolidate multiple logistical functions where suppliers and customers can co-locate, transload, process, manufacture, assemble, package, label and mix shipments and allocate inventory in an optimal 24-7, state-of-the-art industrial campus. The region’s concentration of perishable commodities offers cold chain advantages and a natural back-haul volume for bulk and containerized cargo.
